Kevin 'Bandit' Blake - Founder
I started this 501c3 nonprofit group in March of 2020. Our goal is to honor as many veterans as possible. We work strictly by donations to purchase the flagpoles, concrete, solar lights and American made flags. And all the work is done by a very gracious volunteer group we like to call “The Red White & Blue Crew”. Some would think that just a flagpole in their yard is not much. But to our Veterans it means the world to them. They fought, drop tears & sweated for that flag. It’s our small way of saying 'Thank You' for all you did to protect our freedom.
Ginger 'Booger' Blake - Co-Founder
I am beyond proud to be a part of FPHOV & wholeheartedly believe in our mission. Every Veteran should have a flagpole in their yard & it is truly our honor to provide one for them. Every time we install a flagpole I can’t help but tear up a little & smile from ear to ear as I watch the Veteran get emotional receiving their flagpole & flag. Our goal is to touch as many Veterans as we can & let them know we greatly appreciate their sacrifice & service for our freedom!

I have raised 3 boys and have 12 grandbabies!! I am retired now and spend my time helping others. FPHOV has been a part of my life for the last 3 years. It is very close to my heart!! Our Veterans deserve to be honored. I am very honored to be the President of this great organization.
Cheryl Polston - VP - Data Management
FPHOV is my opportunity to say Thank You for My Freedom and for the privileges & rights I have as an American Woman.
I'm medically retired after many years in the corporate environment, with my last position being a program coordinator at University of Oklahoma College of Medicine for a professional development and mentoring program for junior faculty members for all 7 colleges on the HSC campus.
I believe all American Veterans should receive an American Flag when they discharge from service instead of their family receiving one when they pass. It's a Great Honor to be able to do so through FPHOV.

4 year Marine Corps Veteran. Involved with many non-profits over the years. Warriors For Freedom, Ride Oklahoma Charities and The Paisley Project. Time is a gift and the best way to spend it is with friends, family and giving back to the community.
Teresa Garcia - Secretary
I am a mom of 3 & Gigi to 4 amazing grandbabies. I have been a nurse for 9 years. I love taking care of people and I love helping Veterans.
Angela Lerma - Treasurer
I am a mother of two - one daughter & one son. I have three grandkids - one granddaughter and two grandsons. I'm in my 26th year in medical. Born and raised here in Oklahoma but have worked civil service on Ft Benning, GA., worked at Norman VA. Took my LPN clinical at the downtown VA and now take care of vets in their homes. I love our vets and helping give back to the community.
Jenny Thomas-Maxwell - Merchandise Manager
I am a mom of 3 with 4 step children, 3 dogs, and 4 cats. I’ve been a nurse for 11 years, I love to do mixed media art. I love taking care of people and helping all military.
Keely 'Smiley' Charvat - Technical Director
I met the crew years ago through Motorcycles and have been family ever since. I frequently donate my time & technical expertise to FPHOV and other local veteran and community organizations. Proud to help support the cause to honor every veteran!
